Introducing QuoteForms 🎉

We are extremely excited and proud to announce that QuoteForms is officially live and in your account!

QuoteForms is the client facing [non insurance jargon] version of RiskAdvisor. Easily send a link to your prospects or have it on your website for them to have 3 options.

1. Start Your Quote - This puts the control in your prospects hands, allowing them to fill out the needed information for Home & Auto Quotes. They’ll also be able to reference any additional Lines of Business (that you preselect) that they are interested in!

2. Import Your Insurance - this will redirect them to PolicyLink (or your preferred method) for them to log into their current carrier which will send you their Policy Data and their Dec Pages.

3. Have us Call You - a more traditional route that gives them the ability to select the Lines of Business that they would like a quote for and fill out their contact information.

Zapier:

• Zapier Trigger: New QuoteForm Submission - Added the trigger in Zapier for when QuoteForms are submitted. You have the ability to select whether it was the Start Your Quote Option or the Have Us Call You Option. Zapier Trigger: New QuoteForm Submission

Bug Fixes & Other Changes

• Years At Address; New Purchase: Fixed bug associated with Years at Address being required in a unique situation when New Purchase was selected.

• Gas Shutoff Valve: Added discount option for the Discount Shutoff Valve.

• Resolve Gaya Issue when pasting into Vehicle Card: The way that Gaya adds data to forms caused issues with the Vehicle form and this has been fixed.

• Remove Transfer Ownership Button: Users were inadvertently transferring the ownership of their account to a user after adding them. We have removed this as a possibility. If a user needs to transfer the ownership to another user, support will be able to handle that for you.
