I took a call from a client looking to add a vehicle. Currently Staff is just doing these changes but I thought since I took it I would pass it to our VA and do a zoom call to walk her thru the process.
As I was on the phone I entered all the info into management system, asigned her a task and than emailed the info.
Than I thought wouldn't it be cool to have an option on RA to complete a form and send to VA for a change?
Would be great to have it walk us thru all of the appropriate questions (since I forgot to ask a few important ones).
