Generate a separate PDF per property for multi-property clients

When a client has multiple properties, agents need a separate PDF output for each property to attach individually to the correct property record in their AMS (e.g., Hawksoft). A combined single PDF requires the agent to manually split and save it, which adds friction and increases the risk of attaching the wrong underwriting info to the wrong property. Preferred behavior: generate one PDF per property, named by address or usage type, so each can be dropped directly into the correct attachment slot in Hawksoft or another AMS. A combined PDF is acceptable as a fallback, but separate files are strongly preferred for multi-property clients.

Gaia integration overwrites existing property when sending a second risk profile for the same client

When a second risk profile is sent to Gaia for the same client, it overwrites the first property rather than creating a new entry. This makes it impossible to maintain multiple properties for one client in Gaia simultaneously. Confirmed example: an agency quoted a client's primary residence, then a rental property. After sending the second profile, only the rental appeared in Gaia — the primary was gone. The agency currently has no way to have both properties in Gaia at the same time. The Gaia API appears to support a property index parameter that would prevent overwriting. RiskAdvisor should expose this so agents can specify whether they're sending a first, second, or Nth property for a client.

Auto-name risk profile cards with usage type and property address

Agents with clients who own multiple properties can't tell which risk profile card belongs to which address. Cards use system-generated names (e.g., "2026-27 Risk Profile - [name]") with no way to rename them. When a client has five rental properties, all cards look identical and agents have to open each one to find the right property. Request: auto-populate the card name with the usage type (Home, Landlord, etc.) and the property address, so the card label itself tells you what's inside without opening it. A manual rename option via the three-dot menu would also solve this. This becomes critical at renewal time — agents need to quickly reference the right profile for the right property across a client's full portfolio.

Missing Address Field for Monoline Umbrella Policies (HawkSoft Impact)

The customer reported an issue where, when creating a monoline umbrella policy without associated auto or home policies, the system does not prompt for an address. This omission was identified when attempting to import the policy into HawkSoft, as the missing address prevented a successful import. The customer provided "Kade Kindsfater" as a reference profile. No error message was displayed within the RiskAdvisor system itself. The customer provided this as a heads-up and does not require a follow-up.
