AgencyZoom Two-Way Integration
We are currently waiting on AgencyZoom to approve us as a 2-way integration partner to be able to start moving forward with this integration. Please submit a roadmap request (https://app.agencyzoom.com/help/roadmap) or let Sean Inutsuka(sinutsuka@vertafore.com) know if you would like to see this integration. This will mostly be work done from the AgencyZoom side but I wanted to start this so that we can show them how much interest there is in this. Start a Risk Profile from Lead Card Start/Update Risk Profile from Service Card Add comments for additional requests.

Individual User Sign On for AgencyZoom
If an individual user has signed in to AgencyZoom then we will use their information when pushing the lead to AgencyZoom. If an individual user has not signed in to AgencyZoom then we will default to the account owners information. This should be available in the User Profile so they are able to see it.

Update Existing EZLynx Client via ApplicantId
Currently if a client is created in EZLynx for the first time from RiskAdvisor then those files are forever connected. This would introduce the ability to update existing clients to prevent duplicates.
