Improve Reliability of DL #'s being Returned

Date of Births are required for how we look up DL #’s.

If it’s returned from the driver look up there is no issue. If they are not returned we are currently not able to return the DL #’s for those drivers.

Here is the new process:

• If Automatic Prefills are disabled, try to prefill DL #’s when the DoB is entered.

• If Automatic Prefills are disabled AND the button is not clicked; do NOT try to prefill DL numbers when DOB is entered.

• If Automatic Prefills are enabled, try to prefill DL #’s when the DoB is entered.

Release Notes:

If the Date of Birth is not filled from the auto data prefill returned data you will now see a Fetch DL # Button.

Once you put the Date of Birth in, you will be able to use this button. By providing the Date of Birth before requesting the DL # we will see increased return rates for the DL #
