PDFs are difficult to read and use

At a glance, add some color and icons to differentiate between sections, etc (look at my custom questions).

Would love to also see the ability to have this as a link to view the data easier in browser.

Also, passing this as HTML to AgencyZoom in a note would be awesome.

Seeing it natively in RiskAdvisor without having to view a PDF would be helpful, too.
