Add PolicyLink Import Option to “Start Your Quote” on Quoteforms

Currently, customers who select Start Your Quote cannot import/upload Dec Pages via PolicyLink within the same workflow. Agencies must send a separate PolicyLink, which causes drop-off, duplicate risk profiles, and incomplete submissions.

Proposed Solution:
Add an “Import Your Insurance (PolicyLink)” option within the Start Your Quote flow (ideally at the end or as an optional step) so customers can manually enter data and upload/import Dec Pages in one unified experience.
