Add “Residence Type” and dog-related fields as Property Details fields for Home Rulesets

Currently residence type is a field that exists on RiskProfiles with the following options:

Detached Single Family, Attached Single Family, Condo, Duplex, Triplex, Fourplex.

We should add those as rule field types for UnderwritingAI to parse and users to select from in the rule editor/builder.

Note: This ticket also adds the number of dogs and bite history, as most of the documents from that client mention these fields.
