I am writing the help article updates now but when creating a new PolicyLink you can uncheck the Profile Picture and Name & Email options to remove those from the PolicyLink.
You can also make these changes by editing existing PolicyLinks as well.

Additional customer request (Artemis Insurance — Marlon Cruz, 2026-07-14 sync): wants to hide agent name/photo/email on PolicyLink and use a generic service email, since he doesn't service policyholders directly. At least the 2nd+ agency requesting this.
