Pin Client Name to the Top of Risk Profile

Have the client's name sticky with "application form and Review and Send" as you scroll down the page.

You could also just have it automatically add this into the sidebar as you go through the quote.

I get to the bottom of the form and forget the person's name who is on the phone.
