We’ve added true user-level location mapping for AgencyZoom, giving every team member their own default location instead of relying on a single fallback. This means cleaner routing, fewer mistakes, and smoother workflows for multi-location agencies.

    We just pushed an update that gives you true user-level location control inside RiskAdvisor → AgencyZoom. No more relying on a single fallback setting. No more “Wait, why did this land in the wrong place again?”
